In this session, we will explore how clinical governance principles are being applied in disability care, highlighting innovative approaches that are transforming service delivery. We will discuss the practical applications, benefits, and challenges of integrating these principles into everyday practice.
In this session, Kristie Walker will delve into the role that staff play in managing incidents, and how to embed this into your organisation to ensure quality care. 
What is a quality management system and why is it so important that it's person-centered? Patty Wassenaar will delve into this topic and detail the impact this has on all levels of staff. 
With the increase in technology, many providers are being left wondering what can be used to support quality services. Amazon Web Services specialises in technological advancements and are excited to talk about how their advancements can assist the disability sector.
