Kristie Walker is the founder and Director of On Track Investigations, a workplace investigations and dispute resolution agency specialising in providing outstanding, quality, timely and value for money investigative services to the Australian public sector. After many years of working in the public sector herself managing complaints and conducting investigations, Kristie became frustrated with the quality of some of the work she was seeing. After countless times rewriting investigations, Kristie became passionate about creating a no compromise offering that delivered quality, customer focused and well written investigation reports. This led to the launch of On Track Investigations, which seeks to raise the bar on public sector investigations. Kristie has a strong commitment to the important work of the public sector and assisting public sector leaders to develop and manage their human capital, including training, conflict resolution, and where necessary, investigation and disciplinary processes.
