Dave Relf is the Quality, Safeguarding and Practice Excellence Manager at Aruma. Dave has extensive experience working within the disability sector.  Before joining Aruma, Dave worked in operational management roles, as a behaviour support practitioner and as the National Practice Lead for the NDS Zero Tolerance initiative.
