This session will detail how Flagstaff Group implemented person-centred emergency preparedness into their organisation and how you can too.
Facilitator: Jo Huxley

Quality comes at a cost, but it is an investment worth making. This session will examine the financial aspects of maintaining high-quality standards, discussing ways to balance budget constraints with the imperative to provide top-notch services.
Healthy relationships are based on respect, honesty, trust, open communication, equality, choice, collaboration, individual interests, understanding, care, and shared values. This session will delve into why trauma informed care is critical in building healthy relationships.
We're delighted to be joined by Disability Discrimination Commissioner, Rosemary Kayess to discuss what human rights and quality looks like and what actions providers can take in this period of change and uncertainty to ensure their sustainability.
